what fabrics do you use?

at james vincent design co. all of our pieces are made with natural fibres. {linen/cotton} 

how to care for our clothing?

all pieces have care instructions on the backside of the tag located inside the garment. ironing after washing is crucial. {do not iron over the snaps.}

steam and a hot-ish setting is best. linen tends to wrinkle once washed. 

where are the clothes made?

each piece of clothing is hand cut and sewn just for your little one in south florida, by two local seamstresses & designer, sarah samere.

do you accept returns?

at this time we are accepting size exchanges only, if you purchase an item & the fit is not what you expected please contact us at hello@shopjames.com within 24 hours of delivery to set up an exchange for a different size. {due to the nature of handmade products, we are not able to process returns at this time.} 

what shipping services do you offer?

all domestic orders are shipped via priority mail 2-3 day shipping time with tracking once they are ready to ship. if you require expedited shipping please select the appropriate shipping method & send us an email to verify at hello@shopjames.com - we will do our best to accommodate special occasion timelines.

can you rush my order?

if you need your order to be rushed, please notify us via email at hello@shopjames.com - we will do our best to accommodate special requests. occasionally rush requests cannot be fulfilled if fabric is not on hand. our business model is a minimal waste model therefore we only keep minimal amounts of fabric on hand. 

do you ship internationally?

we currently ship globally. just select the proper shippping at checkout. international orders are shipped via usps international shipping which does not have tracking options any longer. james vincent design co. is not responsible for international shipping issues including loss, theft, and the like. 

what if my package is lost or stolen?

james vincent design co. is not responsible for lost or delayed packages.

please contact your local usps with the tracking information provided in your shipment confirmation email & they should be able to assist you further.

if your package is delayed etc we will gladly help you in any way we can to track down your order - please first check with your mail carrier using the shipping information which we provide upon receipt of the shipment confirmation email.
